Data Deletion Instructions
Redsparks respects requests to delete personal data associated with Redsparks services, including data processed through connected messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger.
How to Request Deletion
Email hello@redsparks.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Your name and contact email.
- The business, workspace, or Facebook Page name related to the request.
- The Messenger account, customer name, phone number, or other identifier needed to locate the relevant record.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
What Happens Next
Redsparks will acknowledge the request, verify the information needed to locate the record, and delete or de-identify eligible data unless retention is required for legal, security, audit, contractual, or platform compliance reasons.
For Facebook Messenger Users
If you contacted a business through Facebook Messenger and want your conversation data deleted from Redsparks, you may contact the business directly or email hello@redsparks.ai. Redsparks will help route and process the request where we act as a service provider for that business.
