We may collect business account information such as company name, user name, email address, role, and workspace settings. When a business connects messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger, we may process customer messages, sender identifiers such as Messenger PSIDs, Page identifiers, conversation timestamps, case status, product or property recommendation context, staff replies, and technical logs required to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, deliver our services, improve our products, manage business relationships and send relevant service-related communications.
We use information to provide the Redsparks service, receive and send customer messages on behalf of the connected business, create and update customer cases, generate AI-assisted replies, recommend relevant sellable items, notify staff about follow-up actions, maintain security, debug technical issues, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
WhatsApp Data
If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we may use your WhatsApp number and conversation information to provide customer support, respond to business inquiries, send service notifications and manage customer engagement.
We do not use WhatsApp for unauthorized spam, misleading promotions or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Facebook Messenger Data
When a business connects a Facebook Page, Redsparks uses Messenger data only to support conversations between that business and customers who interact with the Page. Redsparks does not sell Messenger data. Redsparks does not use Messenger data for unrelated advertising. Automated replies are used to answer customer messages and support sales or customer-service workflows for the connected business.
Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers who help us host, secure, monitor, or operate the service. These providers are only authorized to process data for the purposes described in this Policy. We may disclose information if required by law, platform rules, security investigations, or to protect the rights and safety of Redsparks, our customers, or end users.
Data Retention
We retain business account data, messages, cases, and operational logs for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, maintain auditability, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. A business customer may request deletion or export of its data as described below.

Business customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their workspace data. End users who interact with a connected business Page may contact that business directly or contact Redsparks for help routing a request.
Data Deletion
To request deletion of data associated with Redsparks services, email hello@redsparks.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the business name, workspace or Page name, and the information needed to identify the record. We will review and process valid requests according to applicable law, contractual requirements, and platform obligations.
International Processing
Information may be processed in countries where Redsparks or its service providers operate. We take steps designed to protect information according to this Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
