These Terms of Service govern the use of Redsparks products and services, including Redsparks AI Retail Sales OS and related AI agent automation services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RedSparks website and services operated by REDSPARK GLOBAL LIMITED.

Use of the Service

RedSparks provides AI agent systems, customer engagement tools, marketing automation, customer support automation and workflow automation services for businesses.

Redsparks provides software that helps businesses manage customer conversations, sales cases, product recommendations, staff follow-up, and AI-assisted operations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and customer communication rules.

Messaging Channels

You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies and communication rules, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other third-party channel policies.

When a customer connects a messaging channel such as Facebook Messenger, the customer authorizes Redsparks to receive, process, and send messages on behalf of the connected business account or Page. Customers must only connect accounts and Pages they are authorized to manage.

AI-Assisted Output

Our AI systems are designed to assist business communication and workflow automation. Customers remain responsible for reviewing, approving and managing the final use of generated content, automated responses and customer communications.

AI-generated replies, recommendations, summaries, and follow-up suggestions are provided to support business operations. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs where appropriate and for decisions made using the service.

Prohibited Use

You must not use our services for spam, unauthorized bulk messaging, fraudulent activity, misleading promotions, illegal content or any activity that violates third-party platform policies.

Customers may not use Redsparks to send spam, deceive users, violate platform rules, infringe rights, process data without appropriate authority, or engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Customer Data

Customer data is handled according to the Redsparks Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Customers remain responsible for the data they provide and for responding to end-user requests that relate to their business.

Availability and Changes

Redsparks may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Redsparks works to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redsparks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
